Tis the season for friends, family, and a much needed festive cocktail! This year I vowed to keep it simple and easy on the wallet. A Moscow Mule is one of the best cocktails to adapt for almost any occasion, especially around the holidays. The bite from the ginger goes perfectly with seasonal flavors like apple cider or in this case cranberry juice. At the first sign of fall I usually start adding a splash of homemade apple cider to my Moscow Mule and call it a Harvest Mule, but I love the colors and flavors of this winter rendition. Use a good quality ginger beer, a splash of tart cranberry juice, and garnish with a sprig of fresh rosemary—VOILA! You’ve got the perfect Holiday Mule to impress your guests. I hope you enjoy this cocktail as much as I do this holiday season. It is sure to be a favorite! Enjoy and Happy Holidays!
