May 5th is a day for all of us to come together, raise a glass, and celebrate the differences in our culture that have melded into one. The Mexican-American culture has had a huge influence on the way we view food. Not only is it about what you cook, but it’s about who you share it with. Gather your friends and raise a glass of my spicy jalapeno margaritas to a day of good food and great company! Cheers!
